繼續與多個非牟
利團體及私營企業合作，培育明日
的領袖人才。
我們與香港工業總會攜手推出的「神
州青雲路」就業計劃，便是芸芸合
作計劃中的一項。自
2004
年以來
一直為學生提供寶貴機會，讓他們
廣涉神州大地不同工作領域，獲取
經驗。由香港青年工業家協會籌辦
的「
YIC
青年教育培訓計劃」是另一
出色例子，業界伙伴為
VTC
學生安
排實習機會，讓他們在工作環境中
探索興趣，累積實戰經驗。
Throughout the year, the VTC
continued to partner various non-
profit associations and companies
in the private sector to groom
tomorrow’s leaders.
One o f t hese j o i n t e f f o r t s i s
the 'Careers China Project' in
collaboration with the Federation of
Hong Kong Industries. Since 2004,
this job placement programme
has offered students valuable
oppor tun i t i es to ga i n wor k i ng
experience in various sectors in the
Mainland. The 'YIC Youth Education
Programme' organised by the Hong
Kong Young Industrialists Council
is another excellent example of
attachment opportunities offered
by VTC’s industry partners, through
which students are able to explore
their areas of interest and gain
practical experience in the working
environment.
