
Vocational Development Programmes
VThe Youth College (YC) provides a range of Vocational Development Programmes tailored for non-engaged youths. These programmes cater to diverse interests and needs, enabling students to either enter the workforce or pursue further studies upon completion.
Teen’s Programme is designed for non-engaged youths aged 14 to 29 with secondary education or below who are currently not in education or employment, this programme helps students identify their interests and set the direction of trainng. Ethnic Minority Project provides industry-specific skills, language training, and life skills for ethnic minority youth aged 14 to 24, enhancing their employability, social adaptability, and integration into the community.

Vocational and Professional Education and Training for Non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Students
VTC offers Vocational and Professional Education (VPET) programmes to eligible individuals, regardless of their ethnic origin. Students who meet the basic entry requirements may apply for admission to programmes offered by VTC’s member institutions. In addition to mainstream programmes, NCS students may also enrol in specially designed VPET programmes offered by IVE and Youth College.

Vocational Training for People with Disabilities
The Shine Skills Centre (Shine) is committed to offering vocational education, skills training, rehabilitation, and employment support services for students aged 15 or above with special educational needs. Shine aims to help students unleash their potential, enhance their employability, and support their integration into society.
