Entrance Requirements
Pass the interview and fulfill one of the below requirements:
  • Completion of S6 under the New Senior Secondary academic structure / S5 under the old academic structure, or equivalent, with at least 1 year's relevant catering experience OR
  • Completion of a QF Level 2 programme that is deemed acceptable to the Programme Board, 1 year's or above relevant catering work experience OR
  • Relevant Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) qualification(s) at QF Level 2 or above OR
  • At least 1 year's Chinese culinary experience and pass the practical evaluation
