Since I was young, I have enjoyed telling stories through images. Therefore, after graduating from secondary school, I enrolled in the HKDI's Higher Diploma in Film, Television and Photography. After graduation, I had the opportunity to participate in the post-production of several local films, including "Shock Wave 2" and Tyson Yoshi's "That Guy" music video. I was also involved in producing visual effects for the recently released film "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom".
While working, I realised the importance of specialisation for career development, prompting me to return to campus and pursue the Higher Diploma at IVE Engineering. During my pursuit of the Higher Diploma, I had the opportunity to explore various aspects of engineering, which helped me better understand my interests. When it came to choosing articulation at University, teachers carefully analysed my strengths and industry characteristics, providing suitable suggestions. Ultimately, I chose to develop my career in the field of quantity surveying, gradually embarking on the path to becoming a surveyor. Furthermore, the internships arranged by IVE Engineering laid a solid foundation for my career. I recall before graduating with the Higher Diploma, I had to intern at a construction company. I was fortunate to be involved in the construction process of the M+ Museum. This internship not only broadened my horizons but also paved the way for my future career. After graduating from university, I rejoined the same company as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
