Admission Procedures on HKDSE Result Announcement Day (16 Jul 2025)

(Applicable to (i) applicants during 10 Jun and 15 Jul 2025; and (ii) obtained conditional offer(s) on or before 25 Jun)

Please login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to check your offer results / finalised offer results from 16 Jul 9:00 a.m. onwards. If you are given a Firm Offer, you are required to follow the steps to complete the registration via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal":

  • confirm acceptance of offer from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 16 Jul; and
  • download the payment advice and offer documents, pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt to complete the registration by 21 Jul (12:00 noon).

Central Admission Scheme

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education, Diploma programmes. Students may also go to campuses in person for joining the scheme and enquiry.

Applicants will be notified of the offer results on the day of submission of application.

Chinese Culinary Institute

The Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI) provides Chinese culinary and catering management training for aspiring culinary professionals and working chefs, helping them acquire or enhance their professional qualifications. CCI is committed to creating a systematic training system in Chinese cuisine, elevating the professional standards and status of Chinese chefs. CCI has been commissioned by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to be a provincial social training evaluation authority to administer the "One Trade Test, Two Certificates" skills assessment system. This allows CCI graduates and working chefs to obtain both the “Chinese Chef Certificate (Elementary Level)” issued by CCI and the “National Occupational Qualification Certificate – Chinese Cook Intermediate Level” issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security through a single assessment, aligning with the Mainland qualifications.
