ICI’s programme combines theory and practical application, enabling me to master the knowledge and skills of pastry and sugar art while stimulating my creative thinking. I was fortunate to win a silver medal in the “Patisserie and Confectionery” category at the 2024 WorldSkills Competition in Lyon, gaining international recognition.
