Application Procedures
Applicants who do not have any offer can apply for Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes which have available study places via "VTC S6 Admission Portal".
Applicants are advised to check the latest information on the available programme list before submitting applications.
Applicants will be notified of the offer result within three working days from the date of application submitted via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" and email.
If applicant is given no offer may apply for Programmes with Available Study Places again.
- New account registration via "VTC S6 Admission Portal". (user guide)
- Submit application form and pay application fee HK$300.
- Upload application fee payment receipt. (The application fee is non-refundable.)
- Join "Application for Programmes with Available Study Places" to submit ONE programme choice with ONE campus preference.
- If applicant is given an offer via "Application for Programmes with Available Study Places", please download "Payment Advice for New Student Registration Fee" and "Notes on Acceptance of Offer and Registration" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal". Please pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt or the screen capture by the registration deadline to complete the registration procedure. (user guide)

Application for Transfer Between Offers
Applicants who have accepted offer and completed registration procedures, but would like to apply for transfer to another programme OR offering institute / campus / centre:
- Download and complete the "Application for Transfer between Offers".
- Pay the application fee of HK$200 for each application of transfer.
- Email the completed form with relevant documents to the institute / campus / centre you wish to transfer to.
