Central Admission Scheme - Latest Announcement

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to VTC Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on 21 July i.e. tomorrow. All campuses will resume normal operations and open as scheduled at 9:00 a.m. Applicants may go to campuses in person for joining the scheme and enquiry.

Applicants will be notified of the offer results on the day of submission of application.

Applicants should download payment advice and complete programme registration via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" by 21 July 12:00 noon.

VTC provides a through-train articulation pathway for Secondary 6 graduates, enabling them to progress from Diploma to Higher Diploma and further to Bachelor's Degree level. The Hotel and Tourism Institute (HTI), Chinese Culinary Institute (CCI), and International Culinary Institute (ICI) offer a range of Diploma programmes in culinary arts, hotel, food & beverage service, tourism and event management, with a typical duration of one to two years.

HTI, CCI and ICI are equipped with world-class training facilities, including T Hotel (training hotel), Chinese and Western training restaurants, multi-cuisine training kitchens, wine and beverage laboratory, coffee training workshop, and a mixology workshop, allowing students to gain hands-on experience by serving real customers. Job placement service will be provided to students upon graduation.

The programmes are accredited by relevant local and overseas professional organisations, and graduates will be ready to take up positions in diversified hospitality industry, such as hotels and resorts, cruises and theme parks, catering groups and restaurants, private clubs, events and exhibitions, airlines and travel agents, beverage and wine suppliers as well as customer services, offering diverse career pathways.
