Admission Procedures on HKDSE Result Announcement Day (15 Jul 2026)

(Applicable to (i) applicants during 9 Jun and 14 Jul 2026; and (ii) obtained conditional offer(s) on or before 24 Jun)

Please login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to check your offer results / finalised offer results from 15 Jul 9:00 a.m. onwards. If you are given a Firm Offer, you are required to follow the steps to complete the registration via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal":

confirm acceptance of offer from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 15 Jul; and
download the payment advice and offer documents, pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt to complete the registration by 20 Jul (12:00 noon).

Central Admission Scheme

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes from 15 July 9:00 a.m. to 20 July 12:00 noon. Applicants will be notified of the offer result within one day of application submission.

Applicants may also visit THEi / IVE / HKDI / HKIIT / HTI / CCI / ICI / YC campuses in person for on-site application and enquiries.

- 15 to 17 July 2026 (Wed – Fri) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 18 July (Sat) and 20 July 2026 (Mon) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Tuition Fee, Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Tuition fees are reviewed annually.

Study duration

3 years

The study duration is normally 3 years. Students are required to follow the programme arrangements stipulated by the institutes.

Tuition fees (HK$)

$290 per credit

Tuition fees are charged according to no. of credits taken during a semester.

Remarks

Applicants are required to pay the first instalment of tuition fees and complete the registration procedure before the stipulated deadlines. All fees paid will be refunded if the programme is cancelled.
In addition to tuition fees, students of Higher Diploma programmes will be required to pay the fee for the study packages of Chinese & Putonghua modules.
Some students may be required to study bridging modules or enhancement programmes to better support their study; or to attend additional training / industrial attachment, for which separate fees will be charged.
Registered Apprentices applied through "Office of the Director of Apprenticeship" will be informed of the tuition fee separately.
Tuition fees are subject to annual review.

Financial Assistance

Students with financial needs may apply for Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) by Student Finance Office (SFO).
Some programmes joined the ”Vplus Subsidy Scheme”. Students who study in these programmes could not apply for both “Vplus Subsidy Scheme” and “Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme” by Student Finance Office at the same time.
