Basic Information
The Programme aims to cultivate students with a comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, integrated with cutting-edge technological expertise. By combining practical training and theoretical knowledge, this Programme seeks to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals who possess digital technology proficiency and work-ready skillsets in the logistics sector, with a particular focus on the dynamic markets in the region and the world. With a strong emphasis on vocational preparation, the programme will equip students with the necessary expertise and competencies to embark on successful careers in the ever-evolving global logistics industry.
- Core modules would be conducted at THEi (Chai Wan) and some General Education (GE) modules at other campuses.
- Students may be required to attend classes on other VTC campuses. VTC reserves the right to cancel any programme, revise programme title, content or change the offering institute(s) / campus(es) / class venue(s) if circumstances so warrant.
- The programme is newly offered in AY2026/27. The programme will undergo learning programme accreditation with the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications in 2026.
Entrance Requirements
- HKDSE
- Equivalent*
- These are the entrance requirements of Year 1 entry.
- For 2024 HKDSE and before, a "Grade D or E" and a "Grade C or above" in an HKDSE Other Language subject (Category C subjects) are regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at "Level 2" and "Level 3" respectively; From 2025 HKDSE onwards, Language Proficiency Level A2 or above in French / German / Spanish, N3 or above in Japanese and TOPIK II: Grade 3 or above in Korean are also recognised as one of the five HKDSE subjects in fulfilling the general entrance requirement. Recognition of Urdu Language subject in 2026 HKDSE Other Language subject (Category C subjects) will be announced later. For details, please click here. One Other Language subject can be counted for admission purpose.
- An "Attained", "Attained with Distinction (I)" and "Attained with Distinction (II)" in an HKDSE Applied Learning (ApL) subject (Category B subjects) are regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at "Level 2", "Level 3" and "Level 4" respectively, and a maximum of two ApL subjects (excluding ApL(C)) can be counted for admission purpose. The results of relevant ApL subjects will be considered in the application for Degree programmes. Relevant ApL subjects will be announced later.
- An “Attained” in HKDSE Citizenship and Social Development is regarded as equivalent to an HKDSE subject at “Level 2” for admission purpose.
- HKDSE Liberal Studies at Level 2 or above will be recognised for meeting the subject requirement of Citizenship and Social Development.

Graduates will typically work in the logistics and supply chain industry, including multinational logistics companies, e-commerce platforms, freight forwarding firms, shipping and port operations, robotics solutions providers for logistics and technology-driven supply chain consultancies. Potential job roles include logistics analyst, industrial engineers, supply chain coordinators, operations managers, warehouse technology specialists, transport planners, data analysts for logistics optimisation, and technology integration consultants. Other opportunities are positions such as inventory control managers, global trade compliance offers, sustainability consultants in logistics, and roles in emerging fields such as drone delivery systems and low-altitude economy solutions.
