VTC与厂商会签署合作备忘录，在财政司司长陈茂波（后排中）、创新科技及工业局局长孙东教授（后排左二）、厂商会永远名誉会长施荣怀（后排右二）、吴宏斌博士（后排左一），以及史立德博士（后排右一）的见证下，由VTC主席林健锋（前排右）及厂商会会长卢金荣博士（前排左）代表签署
