The Real Estate Services Training Board organised a seminar namely “PropTech in Action” on 4 February 2026, during which four industry leaders shared their perspectives on the applications, benefits, and challenges of PropTech across key industry sectors, including property management, estate agency, as well as surveying and valuation.
Recognised as a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity by both the Property Management Services Authority and the Estate Agents Authority, the seminar attracted 160 participants from the industry and student community, and was well received for its informative and insightful content.
