The event brought together HR representatives from strategic partners, creating a friendly platform for networking and sharing with industry partners.
Dr Jim LUK, Head of Department (Sport and Recreation) of Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, delivered a keynote talk about "Boosting Health at Work: Introduction to Sports Therapy and Wellness". Representatives from Hong Kong Fire Services Department (HKFSD) acknowledged the audience regarding the "Workplace Safety and HKFSD Community Emergency Responder Scheme". Teachers and students of VTC demonstrated Stretching, Rehabilitation and Pre-habilitation Exercises, followed by a tour around the facilities of the Kai Tak Arena.
