The "Real Estate KOL" Short Video Contest 2026 is jointly organised by VTC Real Estate Services Training Board and Business Discipline of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE). The contest aims to integrate media creation, career exploration, and experiential learning to enhance students' understanding of the real estate services industry and help them plan their future academic and career pathways.

With the Kai Tak Runway area as the contest theme, participating students joined a pre-contest guided tour to learn about the the area's community facilities, surrounding environment, and unique development features. Drawing on insights gained from the tour, they took on the role of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and produced short videos showcasing the area's strengths as a highly liveable community through their creativity and video production skills.

The Award Presentation Ceremony of "Real Estate KOL" Short Video Contest 2026 was successfully held on 30 September 2026 at the Centre of Business Innovation (COBI) of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Sha Tin). During the ceremony, the awardees shared the creative concepts behind their videos, their filming approaches, and their experiences in the contest, demonstrating their understanding of and keen interest in the real estate services industry.
