2026 Manpower Survey of the Security Services Industry and Disciplined Services Sector The Security and Disciplined Services Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) is responsible for manpower training matters in the security services industry. To collect up-to-date manpower information and formulate recommendations for future training and development, the Training Board is currently conducting a manpower survey.
