As at 31 March 2016, there were 5,980
full-time staff at the VTC, comprising
3,830 teaching and administrative
staff and 2,150 technical and
supporting staff.

升專業和個人才幹。員工亦積極參與國
際會議、展覽、考察訪問、學術交流和
實習計劃，與本地和海外伙伴院校交流
專業知識，加強彼此合作。
In 2015/16, staff members at
all levels benefited from a wide
range of learning and development
activities to provide continuous
enhancement of their professional
and personal competencies.
They also participated actively in
various international conferences,
exhibitions, familiarisation visits,
academic exchanges and attachment
programmes to share their expertise
and strengthen collaboration with local
and overseas partners and institutions.
