WONG Tin-shing has been fond of
film making since he was young.
The short film Drifter written and
directed by him was honoured for
The Best Script Student Division at
the Fresh Wave 2014 - International
Short Film Festival organised by the
Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
This highly commended work, one of
the Hong Kong original short films
to be presented, was also selected
for presentation at the Short Film
Corner of the Festival de Cannes after
rigorous screening.
Wallace LO Ho-pong
Graduate of Higher Diploma in
International Hospitality and
Tourism Management, IVE
Wallace LO is a young rising star among
sommeliers in Asia. In 2013, he was
Champion in the Best Sommelier
Greater China and Best Sommelier
Hong Kong competitions. In 2015,
he set a milestone for the Hong Kong
wine industry by finishing first runner-
up in the ASI Best Sommelier of Asia-
Oceania competition, the first prize
Hong Kong has ever earned in this
contest. In 2016, Wallace again scaled
new heights for the industry being the
first Hong Kong representative of Asia-
Oceania region to participate in the
International Sommelier Competition.
He is now the Head Sommelier at Le
Comptoir Group in Hong Kong.

HKDI電影及電視高級文憑畢業生
黃天城自小熱衷電影製作。他編劇執導
的短片《港漂》，榮獲香港藝術發展局主
辦的鮮浪潮
2014 -
國際短片展「學生組
最佳劇本」。這部備受讚譽的作品，更
通過康城影展評審團的嚴格評選，與香
港其他原創短片於影展「短片角」中放
映。

亞軍，成為首位在是項賽事奪獎的香港
人。他於
2016
年再創新高，成為第一
位香港品酒師代表泛亞太區參加國際品
酒師大賽。
