The VTC aims to become a leading vocational education and
training (VET) provider in the Region. In this regard, we are
committed to honing staff and leadership skills through the
facilitation of learning and development, recognition and
reward for performance, and building leadership capability.
An expanded range of capability building programmes were
conducted for staff during the year, including management
and supervisory training, thematic workshops, national
studies, language courses and wellness workshops.
Teaching Excellence Award
The Teaching Excellence Award is established to give
recognition to outstanding teachers while promoting the
sharing of best practices in teaching. The recipients for
2012 include:

年內,我們推行一系列員工實力建構計劃,
內容豐富,包括管理及督導技巧培訓、專題
培訓工作坊、國情專題研究、語文課程及健
樂工作坊等。
