Local students enrolled in VTC’s subvented or self-financed full-time programmes may apply for various financial assistance schemes, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.

Remarks
  1. In addition to tuition fees, students will be required to pay other fees, such as caution money and students’ union annual fees. 
  2. All new students are required to pay the 1st installment of tuition fees and other fees by early August 2026.
  3. Some students may be required to study bridging modules or enhancement programmes to support their study; or to attend additional training, industrial attachments, public examinations for which separate fees will be charged.
  4. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.

Financial Assistance

Local students of VTC full-time subvented Diploma of Vocational Education (S6) programmes meeting the eligibility of respective schemes may apply for the following financial assistance schemes from Student Finance Office (SFO) / VTC:

  • SFO - Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)
  • VTC - Tuition Fee Remission and Flat Rate Grant for Academic Expenses (FR & FRG)

Scholarships and Award Schemes

With the generous support of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, industry partners, professional organisations, and individual donors, VTC awards scholarships each academic year to recognise outstanding students and support their whole-person development. Additionally, the HKSAR Government offers the Subsidy Scheme for Overseas Exchange for Post-secondary Students to assist local students enrolled in full-time Higher Diploma or Degree programmes with financial needs to participate in overseas exchange activities.
