Graduates may articulate to the degree programmes offered by Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi):
  1. Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management; and
  2. Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management.

Graduates may pursue relevant top-up degrees locally or overseas. They may apply for admission to the top-up degree programme offered by the top-up degree programmes in Hong Kong offered by the overseas universities in collaboration with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE):
  1. BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management# offered by the Sheffield Hallam University, UK

Career Prospects
Graduates may be employed in the hotel and catering industry.
