Articulation
Graduates may articulate to the degree programmes offered by Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi):
  1. Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management
  2. Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management

Graduates may pursue relevant top-up degrees locally or overseas. They may apply for admission to the top-up degree programme offered by the top-up degree programmes in Hong Kong offered by the overseas universities in collaboration with the School for Higher and Professional Education (SHAPE):
  1. BSc (Hons) International Hospitality Business Management# offered by the Sheffield Hallam University, UK
  2. BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management# offered by the Northumbria University, UK

Career Prospects
Graduates may be employed in the hotel and catering industry. After accumulating further operational experiences, they can be promoted to supervisory or middle management positions, such as Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Reservations Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Banquet Sales and Service Manager, etc.
