The IVE Higher Diploma programme offers various opportunities for internships, exchanges, and industry collaborations. During my studies, I engaged in an exchange programme with a French winery for winemaking and hands-on experience with local, seasoned catering professionals. HTI offers certificate and diploma programmes for students who have completed Secondary 3 to Secondary 6, with qualifications widely recognised by the industry. HTI’s programmes are diverse, up-to-date, and aligned with industry needs, covering areas such as food and beverage services, hotel front office operations, housekeeping, hotel spa therapies, event management as well as tour service and travel business operations.
