The programme introduced me to the theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and sparked my interest in studying TCM, particularly in delving deeper into TCM classics and ancient texts. The knowledge and techniques taught regarding the properties, efficacy, and traditional identification of TCM herbs also laid a solid foundation for my understanding of TCM.
