While studying for a Higher Diploma of Social Work in IVE, I learned that "Attitude" is the most essential element for a social worker. The teachers always emphasised self-discipline and attitude during the two years’ programme. Until now, I have kept these attitudes in my mind firmly. Furthermore, the CECS teachers were willing to answer students' questions and provided emotional support during the placement.
