the VTC offers through-train
vocational education to learners with
different backgrounds and abilities.

VTC
肩負使命，為進修人士提供理想的
課程服務，亦為業界提供具價值的支
援，讓不同學歷背景和學習能力的人
士，均可循我們靈活貫通的職業教育進
修階梯，向目標前進。
雙軌模式 開創先河
雙軌制課程模式的特點，是將職場培訓
與課程內容互相結合，務求豐富學生的
學習體驗和提升學習動機。

參考多
個歐洲國家推行雙軌制專業教育培訓模
式的成功典範，並在學徒訓練的堅實基
礎上，於香港推行雙軌教育模式。在
2016
年底，我們將推出兩個「雙軌制」
工程文憑課程。新課程配合本地企業的
需求，屬資歷架構第三級別，為本地
雙軌教育模式開創先河。
Pioneering a
Dual-track Approach
The dual-track approach to learning
features the integration of workplace
training into the programme curriculum
with a view to enriching students’ studies
and enhancing their learning motivation.
Making reference to the best practices of
the dual-track vocational education and
training systems operated effectively in
several European countries, the VTC has
built on its strengths in apprenticeship
training to push forward the dual-track
system in Hong Kong. Of particular note
are two dual-track Diploma programmes
in the engineering field, newly developed
to meet the needs of local corporate
organisations. Offering certification
at Level 3 of the Government’s
Qualifications Framework, they will be
launched in late 2016 and represent a
pioneering development for Hong Kong.
