Admission Procedures on HKDSE Result Announcement Day (15 Jul 2026)

(Applicable to (i) applicants during 9 Jun and 14 Jul 2026; and (ii) obtained conditional offer(s) on or before 24 Jun)

Please login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" to check your offer results / finalised offer results from 15 Jul 9:00 a.m. onwards. If you are given a Firm Offer, you are required to follow the steps to complete the registration via the "VTC S6 Admission Portal":

  • confirm acceptance of offer from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 15 Jul; and
  • download the payment advice and offer documents, pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt to complete the registration by 20 Jul (12:00 noon).

Central Admission Scheme

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes from 15 July 9:00 a.m. to 20 July 12:00 noon. Applicants will be notified of the offer result within one day of application submission.

Applicants may also visit THEi / IVE / HKDI / HKIIT / HTI / CCI / ICI / YC campuses in person for on-site application and enquiries.

  • Opening hours of campuses:  

    • 15 to 17 July 2026 (Wed – Fri) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    • 18 July (Sat) and 20 July 2026 (Mon) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
    • 19 July 2026 (Sun) Closed

Notes :

  1. The Diploma of Foundation Studies has the dual objectives of preparing HKDSE graduates for employment and further studies by equipping them with soft skills and trade-related knowledge. Please refer to the general entrance requirements of Diploma of Foundation Studies for details.
  2. DVE students can choose from an array of specialisations to suit their interests and needs. The DVE programmes offer two levels of awards, Certificate of Vocational Education (CVE) and Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE). Holders of DVE are considered having met the general entrance requirements of Higher Diploma programmes (not applicable to programmes with specific entrance requirements). Please refer to the general entrance requirements of DVE programmes for details.
  3. Higher Diploma programmes are operated on a flexible module-accumulated and credit-based system. Students can study relevant modules according to their interest and needs for pursuing a Diploma or Higher Diploma award. Please refer to the general entrance requirements of Higher Diploma for details.
  4. THEi admits graduates from relevant Higher Diploma programmes into the senior years of its Degree programmes.
  5. Higher Diploma graduates can apply for admission to top-up Degree programmes offered by SHAPE in collaboration with overseas universities, or Degree programmes offered by local or overseas universities.
