I am very interested in cooking, creating recipes and food innovation. THEi’s programme, which combined theory and practice, gave me a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of food development processes and requirements. After graduation, I progressed to a Master’s programme in the UK, advancing towards a career in food innovation.
