				Requirements: | 
		
		
			| 
				(a) | 
			
				(i) | 
			
				Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^, OR | 
		
		
			| 
				  | 
			
				(ii) | 
			
				Leve 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR |

				(iii) | 
			
				Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin; OR | 
		
		
			| 
				  | 
			
				(iv) | 
			
				A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR |

				(v) | 
			
				A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |

				Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |

				“Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |

				Good command of both English and Chinese, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua ; | 
		
		
			| 
				(c) | 
			
				Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Chinese word processing; |

				(d) | 
			
				Good communication, interpersonal and organisation skills; | 
		
		
			| 
				(e) | 
			
				Detail-minded, able to work independently and be a good team player; | 
		
		
			| 
				(f) | 
			
				Candidate(s) who possess knowledge / skills in Adobe software, e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop, would have an advantage; and |

				Preference will be given to applicants with relevant work experience. |

				The appointee(s) will be initially posted to one of the SHAPE Offices located at Chai Wan, Shatin, Wan Chai, Tiu King Leng, Tuen Mun or Tsing Yi. |
