Major Specialism:
(i)	Biology
(ii)	Chemistry

Major Duties:
(a)	To perform teaching duties and assist in supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement;
(b)	To assist in carrying out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
(c)	To assist in developing programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; and
(d)	To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions.

Requirements:
(a)	A recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post graduate qualification;
(b)	Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and
(c)	Preferably with relevant teaching and /or industry experience.

Notes:
(1)	The post is at the rank of Teaching Associate.
(2)	Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(3)	Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment.
(4)	The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and/or outside campus.
