    Part-time (Daytime) Lecturer
    Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi / Morrison Hill / Tuen Mun)

    Employment Period:
    Up to 31 August 2020
    Major Duties:
    To perform teaching duties, including conducting lectures, seminars and laboratory sessions, preparation for teaching and learning packages, setting and marking students assessments, supervision of students’ projects;
    (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration;
    (c) To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning assessment materials;
    (d) To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and
    To look after students with special educational needs (SEN) and to provide support to help the SEN students' learning.
    (a) A relevant recognized degree or equivalent, or professional qualifications in Construction, preferably in civil engineering;
    (b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching / industrial experience;
    (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and
    (d) Proven records of linkage with the industry or professional bodies would be an advantage.
    Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English.
