The seminar was coorganised by the Beauty Care and Hairdressing Training Board and the Healthcare and Wellness Training Board, and with the support from the Health and Life Sciences Discipline.
During the seminar, industry experts shared effective methods for managing stress and improving mental well-being, as well as the latest trends in scalp care.
Dr LAM Wing-wo presented strategies for managing stress through positive coping methods. Dr April LAU introduced the latest trends in the hair health market. Additionally, Ms Gloria MAK inspired participants by sharing her personal experiences of overcoming challenges at work. Participants also enjoyed simple AI scalp tests and dental consultation services provided by teachers and students of Health and Life Sciences on-site.
