MoU Signing Ceremony between VTC and Correctional Services Department
The MoU was signed by Deputy Commissioner Mr Ng Chiu-kok and VTC Executive Director Mr Donald Tong, witnessed by Commissioner Mr Wong Kwok-hing and VTC Chairman Mr Tony Tai
