Building Programmes and Capital Items
For the year 2015-16, a total of HK$898.3M was incurred
on building programmes and capital items. These projects
included the construction of halls of residence in Tsing
Yi, Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong
Kong campus in Chai Wan, International Culinary Institute
in Pokfulam, purchase of office premises in Billion Plaza
as well as other alterations, additions and improvement
projects.

for the year ended 31 March 2016 and the Consolidated
Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2016 are set out in the
following pages.
