Building Programmes and Capital Items

For the year 2014-15, a total of HK$426.2M was incurred

on building programmes and capital items. These projects

included the construction of Technological and Higher

Education Institute of Hong Kong campus in Chai Wan,

student dormitory in Tsing Yi, and International Culinary

Institute in Pokfulam, as well as other alterations, additions

and improvement projects.

Financial Statements

The Consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income

for the year ended 31 March 2015 and the Consolidated

Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2015 are set out in the

following pages.
