VTC Graduates - Finalised Offer Result of Pre-approved Offer

VTC Graduates (Diploma of Foundation Studies (DFS) / Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) / Diploma of Vocational Baccalaureate (DVB)) applying for Full-time Higher Diploma programmes should pay attention to the following admission procedures:

  • Login to the "VTC S6 Admission Portal" / "VTC Articulation Portal" to check your finalised offer results on 3 Jul 2026 (12:00 noon);
  • If you are given a Firm Offer, you should download the payment advice and offer documents, pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt to complete the registration by 8 Jul (12:00 noon).

VTC Graduate Offer Scheme 2026

VTC Graduates (Diploma of Foundation Studies (DFS) / Diploma of Vocational Education (DVE) / Diploma of Vocational Baccalaureate (DVB)) may join the "VTC Graduate Offer Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" / "VTC Articulation Portal" for admission to Full-time Higher Diploma programmes. Applicants may also visit IVE / HKDI / HKIIT campuses in person for joining the scheme and enquiry.

Applicants will be notified of the offer results on the day of application submission.

Tuition Fee, Scholarships and Financial Assistance

Local students enrolled in VTC’s subvented or self-financed full-time programmes may apply for various financial assistance schemes, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria. Tuition fees are subject to annual review.

S3 leavers will normally be exempted from tuition fee payment for 3 years of study. Additional fees including BTEC registration fee may apply.

Scholarships and Award Schemes

With the generous support of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government, industry partners, professional organisations, and individual donors, VTC awards scholarships each academic year to recognise outstanding students and support their whole-person development. Additionally, the HKSAR Government offers the Subsidy Scheme for Overseas Exchange for Post-secondary Students to assist local students enrolled in full-time Higher Diploma or Degree programmes with financial needs to participate in overseas exchange activities.
