Part-time Higher Diploma programmes cover disciplines such as Health and Life Sciences, Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, and Information Technology. These programmes are closely aligned with industry needs, and the qualifications obtained are widely recognised. Students who choose to enrol in designated programmes may apply for the Vplus Subsidy Scheme, which provides government funding support covering up to 60% of their tuition fees.^#

Additionally, VTC offers a diverse range of short courses for lifelong learning, covering popular professional fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), applications of digital technology, and renewable energy. Eligible VTC graduates and students will enjoy a 50% discount, subject to a maximum of HK$1,000, on the course fees of the designated lifelong learning courses.^#
