Central Admission Scheme

Applicants may join the "Central Admission Scheme" via "VTC S6 Admission Portal" for admission to Full-time Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma of Foundation Studies, Diploma of Vocational Education and Diploma programmes from 15 July 9:00 a.m. to 20 July 12:00 noon. Applicants will be notified of the offer result within one day of application submission.

Applicants may also visit THEi / IVE / HKDI / HKIIT / HTI / CCI / ICI / YC campuses in person for on-site application and enquiries.

Opening hours of campuses:
- 15 to 17 July 2026 (Wed – Fri) 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 18 July (Sat) and 20 July 2026 (Mon) 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- 19 July 2026 (Sun) Closed

VTC’s part-time programmes offer flexible and practical evening study options for working individuals, enabling them to enhance their professional skills and pursue higher qualifications.

Certificate of Vocational Education Programme Overview

Youth College (YC) offers part-time Certificate of Vocational Education (CVE) programmes covering a range of fields, training professionals for various industries. Most of these qualifications are recognised by relevant government departments as meeting the academic requirements for license registration.

To provide more learning opportunities for working adults and to encourage lifelong learning, the CVE programmes have been integrated into the curriculum of the Diploma in Vocational Education (DVE) programmes. After obtaining a CVE award, students are eligible to apply for relevant DVE programme, paving the way for future articulation to Higher Diploma programmes.

Notes: Classes of part-time evening programmes are normally held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Some programmes will have classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or during Summer Semester.
