Over three enriching years in the DVB (Sport) programme at Youth College (International), I acquired practical sports skills, theoretical knowledge, and community service experience.  I earned First Aid and Pickleball Instructor certificates, served as a Youth Health Leader, and assisted elderly exercise training sessions. These academic and hands-on experiences strengthened my communication, leadership, and coaching abilities and confirmed my passion for sport. I am eager to pursue further study in sport, committed to promoting health and empowering diverse communities through evidence-based practice.
