After studying the applied learning programme in electrical and energy engineering in secondary school, I aspired to pursue a career in the energy sector and worked diligently to build my expertise. Upon graduation, I enrolled in the Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering at IVE, where the school provided abundant learning and internship opportunities that broadened my horizons. For instance, I joined the VTC Solar Car Team Sophie, where I handled external relations, and participated in the opening ceremony of CLP Power Engineering Laboratory, presenting my research on smart meters to industry experts. These valuable experiences not only enhanced my soft skills but also deepened my industry knowledge. With the support and assistance of teachers and classmates, I had the privilege to participate in various competitions and receive awards, enriching my learning journey. I am deeply grateful for the generous scholarship support provided by IVE, which has allowed me to continue my education in the field of electrical engineering and even pursue further studies in the UK. I look forward to entering the field of smart grids after completing my Bachelor's Degree, contributing my efforts towards achieving a greener future.
