The curriculum covers areas such as talent and compensation management, training, talent analytics, and relevant laws. Additionally, the course explores the practical applications of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and virtual reality in the field of human resource management, keeping up with the latest technological developments. Throughout the course, I completed various assignments aimed at simulating actual human resource management work in a company. These assignments involved tasks such as developing employee training programs, fostering employee relations, and recruiting talent. Through these assignments, I gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities of HR managers. This experience made me realize my genuine interest in these tasks and further inspired my desire to pursue relevant courses in university and embark on a career in human resource management.
