2. Select the application form for the PTE programmes, submit application form (includes making programme choice) and pay application fee HK$60 (The application fee is non-refundable)

• If applicant is given an offer via "Application for Programmes with Available Study Places", please download "Payment Advice for New Student Registration Fee" and "Notes on Acceptance of Offer and Registration" via "VTC Web-based Admissions System". Please pay the registration fee and upload the registration fee payment receipt or the screen capture by the registration deadline to complete the registration procedure.

• Provision of any false or misleading information in your application will lead to disqualification without notice and cancellation of any resultant registration. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
• Classes of part-time evening programmes are normally held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Some programmes will have classes scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays or during Summer Semester.
• Offering campus will inform the applicants of the arrangement on verifying his / her documents for admission. Applicants must personally present his / her identity document and original of academic qualification documents for verification upon arrival to campus. If the applicants fail to provide relevant documents, his / her enrollment will be disqualified and the resultant registration will be cancelled. Any fees paid will not be refunded.
• Students who will be under 18 years old before class commencement must obtain the written consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) by having them complete a separate Parents/Guardians Consent Form. This form will be collected by the New Student Registration System or Campus Secretariat. Without the required consent form, VTC may have difficulty in arranging some of the teaching and learning activities for a student minor, and therefore, his or her studies may be affected. Failure to complete and submit the Parents/Guardians Consent Form within a reasonable time will result in de-registration, and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Classes will be conducted in different modes, including face-to-face teaching, online teaching and learning, practical training as deemed appropriate.
