The VTC campuses provide comprehensive support for SEN students, including orientation activities, financial assistance and scholarships, module exemptions, and special examination arrangements. The Student Development Office also offers professional counseling and referral services. Additionally, the institution provides tailored learning support to help students overcome learning difficulties and achieve holistic development.

Orientation Programme
The Student Development Office of each campus offers orientation programmes for SEN students to help them adjust to the campus learning environment and familiarize themselves with various support services available. The programme includes campus tours, meetings with student counsellors and class tutors.

VTC offers various scholarships for students. The following scholarships are specifically designed for SEN students. Details will be announced through MyPortal or via nomination by academic departments.

Module Exemptions and Special Examination Arrangements
Each campus has dedicated staff to assist SEN students in applying for module exemptions or special examination arrangements to accommodate their learning requirements. The application process requires the submission of relevant supporting documents, and upon school review, eligible students may receive the appropriate arrangements.

Counselling Services
The Student Development Office of each campus will provide professional counselling services for SEN students not only in learning but also in developmental needs.

Clinical Psychologist / Educational Psychologist / Speech Therapist Support
Support from clinical psychologists, educational psychologists, and speech therapists is provided by external service providers. Student counsellors will refer SEN students to these services for clinical assessments, follow-up treatments, or related training as needed.

Inclusive Activities
To create a holistic and inclusive learning atmosphere and environment, students and teachers work together to carry out a series of inclusive activities. Through these, they promote an inclusive learning environment, reduce differences, and practice the idea that everyone is equal and respects each other.

Learning Support
In addition to regular classes, the institution provides learning support for SEN students, such as remedial classes, tutorial groups and individual coaching to enhance their learning effectiveness.
