Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
|
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
|
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
|
(d) |
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; |
|
(e) |
To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to research studies, seminars and exhibitions; and |
|
(f) |
To attend meetings when necessary. |
|

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Digital Marketing, Media Communications, Advertising or relevant discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
Good experience in digital marketing, offline and online advertising and social media marketing is an advantage; |
|
(d) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; |
|
(e) |
A good team player with a proactive attitude; and |
|
(f) |
Preferably with knowledge and experience in curriculum and new module development. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

(2) |
The initial posting is in IVE (Haking Wong). The appointee(s) may be posted to other work location(s) to suit the operational needs. |
|
(3) |
Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |
|
(4) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different IVE campuses. |
