Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in relevant disciplines, such as Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud computing and Cybersecurity; preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant industry and / or teaching experience; |
|
(c) |
Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cloud computing platforms, cybersecurity best practices and AI solution development and adoption; |
|
(d) |
Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; |
|
(e) |
Strong commitment to serve the youth and preferably with experience in managing less academically-inclined students; |
|
(f) |
Good linkage with industry or professional bodies would be an advantage; and |
|
(g) |
Prior experience in driving transformation / innovation with digital / AI solution would be an advantage. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

(2) |
Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a written assessment in English. |
|
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. |
|
(4) |
The appointee is subject to posting in different sites to suit the Council’s operational needs. |

(5) |
In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process. |
