IVE Engineering has organised a number of high-quality professional development programmes for engineering practitioners in the areas of Construction, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, and Transportation Engineering. In order to meet the increase in demand for our services, we are looking for high caliber professionals with relevant working experiences to provide part-time teaching. |

Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To perform teaching duties, including preparation of teaching & assessment materials, and marking assessments; |
|
(b) |
To develop and review programme curriculum cum teaching and learning package; |
|
(c) |
To carry out academic-related administration duties, such as invigilation of examinations; and |
|
(d) |
To participate in coordination meetings when necessary. |

|
|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic and Information Engineering or relevant disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and/or industry experience; |
|
(c) |
A holder of a valid Electrical Worker Registration Certificate (Grade A or above) is highly preferred; |
|
(d) |
Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and |
|
(e) |
Preference will be given to applicants with teaching experience in adult training programme. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

(2) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties in the daytime and at different work locations as assigned. |
