Institute of Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council responsible for the provision of in-service training and professional examination services. More than 200 major companies have utilised its corporate training services. |

Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To promote PEAK’s programmes and services to potential clients; |
|
(b) |
To assist in identifying and following up new business opportunities in Hong Kong, Macau and in the Chinese Mainland; |
|
(c) |
To assist in student admission and programme administration of corporate training programmes and award-bearing programmes; |
|
(d) |
To support and liaise with key stakeholders including but not limited to corporate clients, government agencies and training professionals; |
|
(e) |
To assist in the design and development of new training programmes for the in-service market; |
|
(f) |
To assist in the general office administration, systems administration and technical related matters; |
|
(g) |
To perform administrative duties and support matters relating to quality assurance and accreditation / validation; and |
|
(h) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings. |

Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate training, programme administration & quality assurance, and/or training projects; |
|
(c) |
Experience in business development and liaising with clients, preferably with good business network with the Chinese Mainland and/or Overseas corporate clients; |
|
(d) |
Self-motivated, energetic, dedicated, presentable and able to work independently; |
|
(e) |
Both result-oriented and service-oriented with strong problem solving, time management, organisational and communication skills; and |
|
(f) |
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. |

Notes: |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
|
(2) |
Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese. |
|
(3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours, including Sundays and public holidays, and to travel to the Chinese Mainland and Macau occasionally to suit operational needs. |
