Major Duties: |
|
(a) |
To support the administration and coordination of pilot projects, funding schemes, marketing / publicity initiatives, and related system / process development; |
|
(b) |
To coordinate central operations for Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) training and services including programme administration, public inquiries, funding scheme workflows, and facilities arrangements; |
|
(c) |
To draft and prepare business proposals and contracts, workflows, costing statements, social media content, and publications; |
|
(d) |
To plan and execute publicity events; deliver promotional briefings and talks as assigned; |
|
(e) |
To liaise with internal departments and external partners to plan and deliver services, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and compliance; and |
|
(f) |
To provide secretarial and administrative support to boards, committees, and working groups. |

|
Requirements: |
|
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
|
(b) |
At least 2 years’ experience in project coordination, programme administration and operational management of in-service training programmes; |
|
(c) |
Experience in coordinating funding schemes or grants, organising promotional briefings/events, and managing cross-functional workflows; |
|
(d) |
Good knowledge of local CPE market; |
|
(e) |
Preferably with experience collaborating with external organisations (e.g., training partners, accreditation authorities, government agencies) to coordinate services and respond to public enquiries; |
|
(f) |
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities and digital skills; |
|
(g) |
A high level of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and |
|
(h) |
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a good team player. |

(1) |
Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours and / or different work locations. |
