Youth College (Project JUMP)

Work Location: Tuen Mun

Major Duties :
(a)	To perform teaching duties of the Structured Whole Person Development Programmes;
(b)	To develop and refine programme curriculum and teaching materials;
(c)	To plan, design, organise and evaluate student developmental programmes;
(d)	To provide academic counseling; and
(e)	To lead experiential learning programmes and adventure-based activities.

Requirements :
(a)	A recognised degree in social science, social work or a relevant discipline, preferably with a post-graduate qualification;
(b)	Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese;
(c)	Good interpersonal and computer skills;
(d)	Preferably with relevant teaching and / or industry experience; and
(e)	Preferably with experience in teaching non-engaged youth.

Notes :
(1)	The post is at the rank of “Teaching Associate”
(2)	Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment in English.
(3)	In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
