Major Duties: |
(a) |
To perform teaching duties including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork placement; |
(b) |
To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; |
(c) |
To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; |
(d) |
To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; |
(e)
|
To plan, organize and deliver in-service and life-long learning courses in Vocational and professional education and training (VPET); |
(f)
|
To participate in networking with industry, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions; |
(g) |
To coordinate development of promotional materials, publications, videos, websites and other digital contents; |
(h)
|
To plan and execute marketing activities, such as digital marketing campaigns, advertising plans across multiple media and organising seminars; and |
(i)
|
To provide administrative support in marketing, public relations, alumni relations, corporate communication, media affairs and publishing. |
|
Requirements: |
(a)
|
A relevant recognised degree in Applied Sciences or Health and Life Sciences, or equivalent, preferably with a post-graduate qualifications; |
(b) |
At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and /or industry experience; |
(c) |
Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and |
(d) |
Good records of linkage with the industry / professional bodies. |
