Major Duties: |
(a) |
To assist in developing integrated marketing plans for VTC’s programmes and services; |
(b) |
To implement student recruitment campaigns, advertising plans and digital marketing programmes across different media; |
(c) |
To organise marketing and community outreach programmes / major marketing events and activities; |
(d) |
To develop promotional / corporate communications materials and publications; and |
(e) |
To build strong networks with key stakeholders, including the school sector, parent groups and NGOs. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent; |
(b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the fields of marketing / marketing communications / corporate communications / digital marketing and database management; |
(c) |
Experience in organising large scale events and developing marketing promotion content; good understanding of digital analytics and database management is preferred; |
(d) |
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and preferably including Putonghua; |
(e) |
Outgoing personality with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; |
(f) |
Good planning and project management skills; |
(g) |
Knowledge or experience in using AI and data analytics tools to support job responsibilities is an advantage; and |
(h) |
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |

The post is at the rank of “Officer”. Suitable candidate(s) with more experience may be considered for appointment as Assistant Manager. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
(3) |

Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written test. |
