Major Duties: |
(a) |
To provide administrative support and handle user enquiries related to student records system and other related systems, such as student photo system, and new student registration system; |
(b) |
To coordinate and implement system enhancements such as consolidating user feedback and requirements, working with IT department and other stakeholders to finalize the enhancement details, performing user acceptance tests, and arranging production deployment; |
(c) |
To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of operational policies, systems guidelines, procedures and to conduct user training; |
(d) |
To handle requests on data extraction, conduct data analysis, collate relevant figures and compile statistical reports; |
(e) |
To arrange procurement matters; |
(f) |
To supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff to ensure effective delivery of support and services; |
(g) |
To assist in administrative work relating to office administration, human resources, finance and procurement; and |
(h) |
To undertake committee work in various committees, boards and meetings. |

Requirements: |
(a) |
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification; |
(b) |
At least two years’ relevant work experience at appropriate level; preferably in educational institutions or major organisations; |
(c) |
Good communication, interpersonal, organisation and administrative skills; |
(d) |
Proven working experience in computer system development project, including collecting business requirement, performing user acceptance tests and managing project schedule; |
(e) |
Preferably with good proficiency in computer software applications, such as MS Office, and multi-media editing software; |
(f) |
Good problem solving and time management skills; and |
(g) |
A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English. |

Shortlisted applicants will be required to sit for a written test in English and Chinese. |
(2) |
Work experience in handling student records and relevant system operations will be an added advantage. |
